    This Ice Cream Cookie Sandwich is the ultimate dessert hack for an easy, drool-worthy treat. Featuring Cocosutra’s gourmet cookies, this recipe is all about delicious textures—crispy, chewy cookies with creamy, cold ice cream. And if you’re feeling extra indulgent, drizzle it with a rich chocolate sauce made from drinking chocolate mix.

    Ingredients

    For the Cookie Sandwich:

    • 2 Cocosutra gourmet cookies (Choose from Chunky Chocolate Chip, Fudgy Brownie, Espresso Chocolate Chunk, or any favorite flavor)

    • 1 scoop of ice cream (Vanilla, Chocolate, Coffee, or any preferred flavor)

    Optional: Chocolate Sauce

    Instructions

    Step 1: Prep the Cookies

    • If you love warm cookies, lightly heat your cookies in the microwave for 5-10 seconds to soften them just a bit.

    • Let them cool slightly so the ice cream doesn’t melt instantly.

    Step 2: Assemble the Ice Cream Sandwich

    • Place one scoop of ice cream on the flat side of a cookie.

    • Gently press another cookie on top to create a sandwich.

    • If needed, use a spoon to smooth out the edges of the ice cream for a perfect look.
