Ingredients:
- Cocosutra Cookie Dough Mix, 200g - 1 pack, You can also mix different flavors of the dough
- Butter - 50 g or ¼ cup (unsalted)
- Egg - 1 (or thick Curd 30g or 2 tablespoon)
- Butterscotch Ice Cream (or your preferred flavor) - 2-3 scoops
- Chopped Nuts (optional)
Instructions:
Step 1: Prepare the Cookie Dough Blondie Batter
Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F). Whisk softened unsalted butter and egg (or egg replacement or thick curd) in a bowl till smooth. Add the cookie mix. Stir to form a soft dough. You can stir in extra ingredients like chopped nuts for added texture and flavor.
Step 2: Bake the Blondies
Spread the cookie dough evenly into a greased or lined baking dish. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the top is golden and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Step 3: Cool and Slice
Allow the blondies to cool completely in the pan before slicing them into squares. This will give them a firmer texture while still remaining soft and chewy inside.
