Ingredients

2 tbsp Cocosutra Sugar-Free Drinking Chocolate – Focus

1/2 cup semolina (rava/sooji)

1.5 tbsp ghee

1.5 cups milk (dairy or oat/almond)

2 tbsp chopped nuts (almonds, walnuts, cashews)

A pinch of cardamom powder (optional)
Instructions
1. Roast Semolina
Heat ghee in a pan. Add semolina and roast on low flame until it turns golden and smells nutty.
2. Prepare Chocolate Paste
In a small bowl, mix 2 tbsp Focus Drinking Chocolate with 2–3 tbsp hot milk to create a smooth paste. Set aside.
3. Cook Semolina with Milk
Pour the rest of the milk (about 1.25 cups) into the pan with roasted semolina, stirring continuously to avoid lumps. Cook until thick.
4. Stir in the Chocolate Paste
Lower the heat and fold in the prepared chocolate paste. Mix thoroughly until the sheera becomes glossy and deep brown.
5. Add Nuts & Finish
Add the chopped nuts and cardamom (if using). Simmer for 2–3 minutes more, then switch off the heat.
Serving Suggestions
Serve hot, topped with extra nuts or cocoa nibs. Ideal for evening chai or post-rain pick-me-ups.
