Chocolate Peda

Ingredients

1/2 cup – Cocosutra Drinking Chocolate Mix (any flavour of your choice – Mocha, Vanilla, Caramel, Hazelnut)

1 cup – Milk powder

1/2 cup – Condensed milk

2 tbsp – Ghee (clarified butter)

1/4 tsp – Cardamom powder (optional)

Chopped nuts for garnish (optional)
Instructions
1. Prep your pan
Heat a nonstick pan on low flame. Add ghee and let it melt.
2. Mix it up
Add Cocosutra Drinking Chocolate Mix, milk powder, and condensed milk into the pan. Mix continuously to avoid lumps.
3. Cook it slow
Stir on low flame for about 8–10 minutes until the mixture thickens and starts leaving the sides of the pan. It should come together like a soft dough.
4. Add flavour
Stir in cardamom powder if using. Turn off the heat and let the mixture cool for a few minutes.
5. Shape your pedas
Grease your palms lightly with ghee, take small portions of the dough, and shape them into pedas. Press a nut on top.
Serving Suggestions
