Ingredients:
- Cocosutra Mocha Hot Chocolate Mix
- Milk (dairy or plant-based like almond, oat, or soy) - ½ cup
- Hot Water - 2 tablespoon
- Optional: whipped cream, cocoa powder, or chocolate shavings for garnish
Instructions:
Step 1: Make the Dalgona Foam / Whipped chocolate
Add 2 tablespoons of Cocosutra Mocha Hot Chocolate and 2 tablespoons of hot water to a bowl.
Using a hand mixer or whisk, beat the mixture until it becomes thick and frothy. This can take about 3-5 minutes of whisking.
