    Banana Oatmeal Bread

    This Banana Oatmeal Bread brings together the goodness of bananas, oats, and the rich flavors of Cocosutra Mocha Cranberry Oatmeal. Perfect for breakfast or a quick snack, it’s a nutritious and delicious treat that can be whipped up in no time.

    Step 1: Preheat the Oven

    Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F). Grease and line a loaf pan with parchment paper to prevent sticking.

    Step 2: Mix the Wet Ingredients

    In a large mixing bowl, mash the bananas until smooth. Add the egg and yogurt. Stir until all the ingredients are fully combined.

    Step 3: Add the Oatmeal

    Stir in 1 packet of Cocosutra Mocha Cranberry Oatmeal. The oatmeal will add a chewy texture and a burst of flavor from the mocha and cranberries. Mix until the oatmeal is evenly distributed in the batter.

    Step 4: Add Baking Powder

    Sprinkle 1 teaspoon of baking powder into the batter and stir well to ensure it’s fully incorporated. This will help the bread rise and become fluffy.

    Step 5: Bake the Bread

    Pour the mixture into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top with a spatula. Bake for 35-40 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

    Step 6: Cool Before Slicing

    Once baked, remove the loaf from the oven and let it cool in the pan for 10 minutes. Transfer to a wire rack to cool completely before slicing.
