All our products are perishable food items. Hence, they are exempt from being returned.
Orders can only be cancelled and fully refunded before your shipment has been dispatched. We will be unable to cancel orders once the order has shipped.
In the event that we cancel your order, we will provide a full refund of any payment received.
Exchanges (where applicable)
We only replace items under specific conditions – if they are defective or damaged and are unopened.

Refunds are processed in a maximum of 15 days. A refund cheque will be deposited in your bank account in case of Cash on Delivery orders. The cheque will be made in favor of the “Billing Name” you used when placing the order. For prepaid orders through Net Banking, Debit Card or Credit Card, the amount will be transferred back into the account/card. Shipping costs are non-refundable. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
