1/2 cup – 50 gm – Cocosutra Vanilla Almond Oatmeal

3/4 cup – 180 ml – Cocosutra hot chocolate made with preferred type of milk

1/2 cup – 40 gm – rolled oats

1 tablespoon – 10 gm – chia seeds

1 pinch of salt

3/4 cup – 180 ml – Cocosutra hot chocolate made with preferred type of milk

1/2 cup – 40 gm – rolled oats

1 tablespoon – 10 gm – chia seeds

3/4 cup – 180 ml – Cocosutra hot chocolate made with preferred type of milk

 

INSTRUCTIONS

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Add all the ingredients into a jar. Stir. Refrigerate overnight.

2. Wake up to an easy and refreshing breakfast.

3. Stir in a few nuts or fruit of your choice.

4. Enjoy it chilled, straight out of the jar or heat it for a warm and comforting breakfast.
